美国医学界公布的一项研究成果表明,保护心脏宜常喝茶,即每天喝一杯茶,可使患心脏病的风险降低44%。研究人员说,喝茶之所以具有如此有效的作用,可能由于茶叶中含有大量的类黄酮和维生素等可使血细胞不易凝结成块的天然物质。类黄酮还是最有效的抗氧化剂之一,它能够抵消体内的不良作用。研究人员对发现类黄酮潜在的一些有益的作用感到兴奋,类黄酮还存在于蔬菜和水果 A study released by the medical community in the United States shows that drinking a cup of tea a day often protects the heart, reducing the risk of heart disease by 44%.
