中药是我国的宝贵遗产,我国现正集中力量全面提高中药质量标准的水平,并在此基础上开发一些中药制剂打入国际市场。在中药材,中药制剂质量标准研究和成药质量检测中,将其生理活性的主要化学成分,作为有效指标性成分之一,建立含量测定项目,衡量其商品质量是否达到要求及产品是否稳定。 十年来国内仪器分析的普及程度有了明显提高,大大推进了中药的分析测定工作。由分光光度计,高效液相色谱,气相色谱,薄层扫描(可以称为中药分析的四大仪器)所完成的分析测定占据了绝对优势。
Traditional Chinese medicine is China’s precious heritage. China is now concentrating its effort on comprehensively improving the quality standards of Chinese medicines, and on this basis, it has developed some Chinese medicine preparations and entered the international market. In the research on the quality standards of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and traditional Chinese medicine preparations and the quality testing of traditional Chinese medicines, the main chemical components of their physiological activity are used as one of the effective index components to establish a content determination project to measure whether the quality of their products meets the requirements and whether the products are stable. In the past ten years, the popularity of domestic instrument analysis has been significantly improved, and the analysis and determination of traditional Chinese medicines have been greatly advanced. The spectrophotometer, high-performance liquid chromatography, gas chromatography, thin-layer scanning (can be called the four major instruments of Chinese medicine analysis) completed the analysis and determination occupies an absolute advantage.
