以水热法制备了Ag-TiO2/活性炭可见光催化剂,在自制光催化反应箱中研究了对甲醛废水进行光催化降解的可行性。结果表明,甲醛浓度在25mg/L,其最佳工艺条件为:反应pH为7,催化剂用量为4g/L,反应时间为4h,。在该最佳条件下,Ag-TiO2/活性炭光催化剂在30W日光灯和30W紫外灯下对甲醛的降解率十分接近,分别达到79.56%和84.78%,表现出了较高的可见光催化活性。
Ag-TiO2 / activated carbon visible light catalysts were prepared by hydrothermal method. The feasibility of photocatalytic degradation of formaldehyde wastewater was studied in self-made photocatalytic reactor. The results showed that the optimum conditions of formaldehyde concentration of 25mg / L were as follows: reaction pH 7, catalyst dosage 4g / L, reaction time 4h. Under the optimal conditions, the photocatalytic activity of Ag-TiO2 / activated carbon photocatalyst was very close to 79.56% and 84.78% under the conditions of 30W fluorescent lamp and 30W UV lamp, respectively, showing a high visible light catalytic activity.
