监测力学试验设备使用全生命周期的稳定性对于保证测量结果的可靠性至关重要,大批量制作的无时效力学标样是监测力学试验设备长期稳定性和评估设备系统偏差的有效工具。为了有效监测力学试验设备的长期稳定性,宝钢检化验中心研制系列无时效力学标样(包括系列拉伸标样、系列硬度标样和系列V形缺口冲击标样),并用这些标样监测力学试验设备整机测量系统长期稳定性。结合专业计量机构定期校验保证溯源性,实验室用无时效力学标样监测试验设备整机测量系统长期稳定性,有效保证力学试验设备整机测量系统长期稳定性、溯源性、可靠性。用大批量有相同标称值的无时效力学标样还可以测算大批量力学设备的系统偏差。
