以LFG为燃料的空气源沼气机热泵供热性能

为了利用垃圾填埋气(LFG)这种可再生能源,减少化石燃料的消耗,提出一种以LFG为燃料的空气源沼气机热泵供热系统,并研究其供热性能。确定了LFG收集系统以及适合沼气机热泵系统的LFG净化方法。所构建的实验平台可经阀门切换,分别研究沼气机排烟余热单独回收利用或缸套冷却水和排烟余热同时回收利用两种模式。进行了系统供热性能的实验测试,并对影响系统供热性能的沼气机转速、冷凝器水流量、冷凝器进水温度等因素进行了分析。实验结果表明:该热泵系统的总供热量随沼气机转速和冷凝器水流量增大而增大,随冷凝器进水温度升高而减小。
