目的探讨白介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)基因rs1143627-C/T多态性与糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)的相关性。方法应用MassARRAY分子量阵列技术检测154例2型糖尿病(T2DM)并发DR患者(DR组),148例T2DM无并发DR患者(NDR组),142例健康对照者(NC组)白介素-1β基因rs1143627-C/T多态性。检测三组研究对象的血脂、空腹血糖等,并测定体质指数(BMI)。结果 DR组与NDR组含T基因型及等位基因T分布频率显著高于NC组,DR组高于NDR组;DR组与NDR组CC基因型及等位基因C分布频率显著低于NC组,DR组低于NDR组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白介素-1β基因rs1143627-C/T多态性可能与DR发病相关。
Objective To investigate the association of rs1143627-C / T polymorphism of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) with diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods 154 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated with DR (DR group), 148 patients without T2DM complicated with DR (NDR group) and 142 healthy controls (NC group) with rs1143627- C / T polymorphism. Blood lipids, fasting blood glucose and so on were detected in three groups of subjects, and body mass index (BMI) was measured. Results The frequency of T genotype and allele T in DR group and NDR group was significantly higher than that in NC group and DR group was higher than that in NDR group. The frequencies of CC genotype and allele C in DR group and NDR group were significantly lower than those in NC group , The DR group was lower than the NDR group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The rs1143627-C / T polymorphism of IL-1β gene may be related to the pathogenesis of DR.
