本研究以民族地区职业教育发展所遇到的问题为切入点,对我国具有代表性的民族地区进行实地考察和调研,从当地的民族特点、民族文化、民族经济、民族企业、民族政策等进行深入调查和分析当地民族地区职业教育发展所遇到的问题的原因进行因素分析。从社会存在决定社会意识的历史唯物主义为理论假设,运用联系与发展的辩证唯物主义方法论进行理论研究,并从实践上在一些民族地区的职业学校进行试点,对理论进行检验和总结,为当地政府在政策制定和职业学校的教育教学提供参考。
Based on the problems encountered in the development of vocational education in minority areas, this study conducts field visits and surveys on the representative ethnic areas in our country, and from the characteristics of local ethnic groups, national cultures, ethnic economies, ethnic enterprises and ethnic policies Depth investigation and analysis of the reasons for the problems encountered in the development of vocational education in ethnic minority areas in China. From the social existence of historical materialism that determines social awareness as the theoretical hypothesis, we use the dialectical materialism methodology of connection and development to carry out theoretical research. In practice, we carry out pilot projects in vocational schools in some minority areas to test and summarize the theory. The government provides reference for policy making and education in vocational schools.
