在过去数年,氟嘧啶类的生化学药物代谢动力学方面有了较大进展。这已导致利用这些新知识来设计一系列的临床用药方案,本综述的目的在整理和总结这方面的进展。
In the past few years, there have been significant advances in the biochemical pharmacokinetics of fluoropyrimidines. This has led to the use of these new knowledge to design a series of clinical drug regimens. The purpose of this review is to collate and summarize the progress in this area.
