目的 :探讨口服天然雌激素周期序贯激素替代疗法的效果与副作用。方法 :治疗组 35例口服克龄蒙 ,对照组 2 0例口服结合雌激素进行周期序贯激素替代治疗 6个月 ,观察Kuppermann评分变化 ,用药前后血FSH、血E2、阴道细胞成熟指数。结果 :两组用药 1周期更年期症状开始显著缓解 ,用药 2周期极显著改善 ,用药第 6周期主要症状完全缓解。用药后血FSH显著下降 ,血E2极显著升高达卵泡中期水平。用药后阴道细胞成熟指数显著升高。结论 :克龄蒙周期序贯治疗能有效地解除更年期症状 ,克龄蒙在缓解血管舒缩症状的同时 ,也改善了精神症状。克龄蒙周期序贯治疗能较好地控制月经周期 ,对内膜无过度刺激。未发现明显副作用
Objective: To investigate the effects and side effects of sequential natural hormone replacement therapy with oral natural estrogen. Methods: Twenty-five patients in the treatment group received oral gram-aging and 20 patients in the control group were orally administered with estrogen for 6 months. The changes of Kuppermann score, blood FSH, blood E2 and vaginal cell maturation index were observed before and after treatment. Results: The symptoms of one cycle menopause began to relieve significantly in both groups. The two cycles of medication were significantly improved. The main symptoms of the sixth cycle of medication were completely relieved. Serum FSH decreased significantly after treatment, blood E2 significantly increased up to mid-follicle level. Vaginal cell maturation index increased significantly after treatment. Conclusions: The sequential treatment of Kelmung cycle can effectively relieve menopausal symptoms, while Kelongram can relieve the symptoms of vasomotor, and also improve the psychiatric symptoms. Coronary cycle sequential treatment can better control the menstrual cycle, no excessive stimulation of the intima. No obvious side effects were found
