《孙子兵法》开篇既云:“兵者,国之大事。”军队建设和军事斗争自古就是国家的大事,是最大的政治。我军是人民军队,是革命的武装力量,政治建军是我军建设的根本遵循,革命的政治工作是革命军队的生命线,是我军的最大特色、最大优势和看家本领,也是我军同一切其他性质军队的最大区别,更是保持人民军队性质、宗旨、本色的根本保障。
