小保:我与一家工厂签订了3年期的劳动合同,岗位是熟料冷却工。上岗后我发现该岗位要接触煤矽尘、高温等,然而入职前我不知道该工种的职业危害,该工厂也没告知,劳动合同中也没有说明。因此,我便以身体状况不适合为由要求换岗,但被拒绝。厂方还说,如果不服从安排,就只能解除劳动合同。我想离职,但又心疼前来应聘时花费的差旅费等损失。
