保护心脏:绿茶+柠檬。绿茶富含一种对心脏有益的强氧化剂——茶多酚,但它难以吸收,80%都被人体排出了。美国普渡大学的研究表明,柠檬中的维生素C可将人体吸收茶多酚的能力提升13倍。所以,喝绿茶时滴几滴柠檬汁,能更好地保护心脏。
Protect the heart: green tea + lemon. Green tea is rich in a strong oxidant beneficial to the heart - polyphenols, but it is difficult to absorb, 80% are excreted by the body. Purdue University of the United States shows that vitamin C in lemons can enhance the body’s ability to absorb tea polyphenols by 13 times. So, a few drops of lemon juice when drinking green tea, can better protect the heart.
