农村中小学教师的职业压力已引起了广大学者的关注,他们承担了更为繁重的教学任务,得到的却是更低的社会认可和经济报酬。文章把视角投向我国中部地区农村中小学教师这一特殊群体,对导致他们职业压力的因素进行分析,以期引起社会各方的关注,进而提出有效的策略化解他们所面临的压力,促进基础教育改革,全面提升农村义务教育的质量。
The occupational pressure of rural primary and secondary school teachers has aroused the concern of the majority of scholars. They undertake the more arduous task of teaching, but get lower social recognition and economic compensation. The article focuses on the special group of primary and secondary school teachers in rural areas in central China, analyzes the factors that cause their occupational stress with a view to arousing the concern of all sectors of society, and then put forward effective strategies to resolve the pressure they face and promote the reform of basic education , Comprehensively improve the quality of rural compulsory education.
