目的:观察寿胎丸合四物汤加地屈孕酮片治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法:将72例复发性流产患者随机分为2组各36例,对照组以地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组于对照组治疗基础上加用寿胎丸合四物汤加减治疗。统计2组的临床疗效及妊娠结局,观察2组患者治疗前后中医证候积分、D-二聚体、肿瘤细胞因子(TNF)-α水平的变化,观察治疗期间的不良反应情况。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率91.7%,明显高于对照组的52.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组再次流产率19.4%,对照组再次流产率69.4%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分、D-二聚体、TNF-α水平均较治疗前下降,观察组各项指标值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:寿胎丸合四物汤加地屈孕酮片治疗复发性流产患者疗效显著且安全。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Shou Tai Wan combined Si Decoction and Diquot Pro Tablets in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods: Seventy-two patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion were randomly divided into two groups (n = 36 each). The control group was treated with dextromethorphan tablet. The observation group was treated with Shoutai Wan combined Si Wu Tang on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect and pregnancy outcome of the two groups were statistically analyzed. The changes of TCM syndrome score, D-dimer and tumor cytokine (TNF-α) level before and after treatment were observed and the adverse reactions during the treatment were observed. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (52.8%, P <0.01). In the observation group, the rate of abortion was again 19.4% and that in the control group was 69.4%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). After treatment, the TCM syndrome score, D-dimer and TNF-αlevels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and all the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.01, P <0.05). Conclusion: Shou Tai Wan combined Siwu Tang plus Digen progesterone tablets in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with significant and safe.
