本文构建了宏观层面测度城市交通拥堵水平的指标体系,利用熵值法得到城市交通拥堵综合指数,对2013年我国35个大中城市交通拥堵的具体水平进行了实证测度,并且根据交通拥堵水平分为高、中、低、弱四大类。研究结果表明:城市交通拥堵水平在不同等级城市有不同体现;机动车辆使用量是城市交通拥堵的关键性因素;城市空间结构一定程度上影响城市交通拥堵水平。
This paper constructs an index system to measure the level of urban traffic congestion on a macroscopic level, and uses the entropy method to get the comprehensive index of urban traffic congestion, and empirically measures the specific levels of traffic congestion in 35 large and medium-sized cities in 2013.
