当前在教育教学工作的第一线,最辛苦、最劳累、最烦琐的是从事班级管理工作的班主任。本文我将自己几十年班主任工作的经历、经验总结概括,从如下几个方面与大家共勉,希望能收到抛砖引玉的作用。一、有专业知识不等于有管理能力你读了很多书?你有很高的学历?那只能说明你有很高的专业知识,你“知道”了一些班务管理的知识,但并不能代表你具备了把班务事情做好的能力。或者说受教育的程度相对越高,具备班务管理的能力就相对强一些。
