本文采用选择腐蚀方法研究了不同成份高速钢共晶碳化物的形态、分布方式以及合金元素对共晶碳化物形态的影响。结果表明:采用双重腐蚀方法(铬酸溶液电解腐蚀和碱性高锰酸钾溶液染色腐蚀可在同一磨面上区分M(?)C、M-2C和MC碳化物。钢中增钼减钨,共晶形态由骨骼状向层片状变化,钒明显不利于骨骼状共晶碳化物的形成,增加大块MC碳化物的数量。
In this paper, selective corrosion method was used to study the morphology and distribution of eutectic carbides with different compositions of high-speed steel and the effects of alloying elements on the eutectic carbide morphology. The results show that M (?) C, M-2C and MC carbides can be distinguished on the same grinding surface by double etching (chromic acid solution electrolytic etching and alkaline potassium permanganate solution dyeing corrosion) , The eutectic morphology changes from skeletal to lamellar, vanadium is obviously not conducive to the formation of bone eutectic carbides, increasing the amount of bulk MC carbides.
