美国新近发明了一种新的铁-铝-硼耐热铸造合金。这种合金含铝15~20%,硼2~3%。由于形成复杂而均匀分布于基体的硼化物相,晶粒强烈细化,强化了合金。三元铁-铝-硼合金具有优异的室温和高温物理性能和机械强度,置于1000℃以上的炉气中试验数百小时,试样表面只有轻微氧化。同时,这种合金比铁-铝二元耐热铸铁流动性好,特别有希望生产形状比较复杂的铸件。
The United States recently invented a new iron-aluminum-boron heat-resistant cast alloy. This alloy contains 15 to 20% aluminum and 2 to 3% boron. Due to the formation of a complex and uniform distribution of the boride phase in the matrix, the grains are strongly refined and the alloy is strengthened. Ternary iron - aluminum - boron alloy has excellent physical properties and mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature, placed in the furnace gas above 1000 ℃ for hundreds of hours of testing, the sample surface is only slightly oxidized. At the same time, this alloy is more fluid than iron-aluminum binary heat-resistant cast iron and is particularly promising for the production of more complex shaped castings.
