七月的哈尔滨风光旖旎,七月的哈尔滨桃红柳绿。七月的哈尔滨以其特有的魅力迎来了八方来客。7月2日～6日,第二十次全国部分档案期刊研讨会在哈尔滨市召开。来自全国17家档案期刊代表28人齐聚冰城,围绕“回顾改革开放30年。展望档案期刊未来发展”的会议主题,回顾办刊历程,交流办刊经验和体会,共商档案期刊未来发展大计。
