目的 探讨群组短信健康教育模式对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者透析间期的生活质量和存活率的影响.方法 选择在本中心透析的80例MHD患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为短信教育组(下称短信组)和对照组.短信组在每次透析时给予常规健康教育和透析间期接收定时群发的健康教育信息；对照组只在透析时给予常规健康教育.结果 80例MHD患者中,短信组对透析健康教育知识掌握情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=12.439,P＜0.05)；短信组的患者的内瘘感染(闭塞)发生率亦少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(x2 =5.165,P＜0.05).结论 短信模式分组群定时发送健康教育信息,提高了MHD患者血液透析间期的自我管理和自我护理能力,减少了其并发症的发生率.
