目的了解呼和浩特市及周边旗(县)淡色库蚊对常用卫生杀虫剂的抗性水平,为制定科学、合理、有效的防治措施提供依据。方法采用世界卫生组织推荐的幼虫浸渍法,测定幼虫对常用卫生杀虫剂的敏感性,获得半数致死浓度及其95%可信区间,比较其抗药性程度。结果呼和浩特市市区、清水河县、武川县、托克托县、和林格尔县、土默特左旗淡色库蚊对溴氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为1.09、0.05、0.77、0.09、0.87和0.09倍;对氯菊酯的抗性倍数分别0.97、0.09、0.63、0.11、1.16和0.07倍;对高效氯氰菊酯的抗性倍数分别为1.18、0.08、0.19、0.01、0.08和0.06倍;对双硫磷的抗性倍数分别为1.22、0.73、7.96、0.68、1.21和1.37倍;对敌敌畏的抗性倍数分别为5.02、0.89、0.01、0.09、1.06和0.17倍。结论除武川县淡色库蚊对双硫磷、呼和浩特市市区淡色库蚊对敌敌畏产生低抗外,其他地区淡色库蚊对5种杀虫剂均处于敏感状态。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Culex pipiens pallens to common hygienic insecticides in Hohhot and its adjacent counties and counties, and to provide basis for establishing scientific, rational and effective prevention and control measures. Methods The larvae immersion method recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) was used to determine the susceptibility of larvae to common pesticides. The median lethal concentration and its 95% confidence interval were obtained, and the degree of resistance was compared. Results The resistance rates of Culex pipiens pallens to deltamethrin in urban area, Qingshuihe county, Wuchuan county, Tuoketuo county and Helingeer county in Tumotezuo were 1.09,0.05,0.77,0.09 , 0.87 and 0.09 times, respectively. The resistance multiples of permethrin were 0.97, 0.09, 0.63, 0.11, 1.16 and 0.07 times respectively. The resistance to beta-cypermethrin was 1.18,0.08,0.19,0.01,0.08 and 0.06 times respectively. The multiple of resistance to diphtheria were 1.22, 0.73, 7.96, 0.68, 1.21 and 1.37 times, respectively. The resistance to dichlorvos was 5.02,0.89,0.01,0.09,1.06 and 0.17 times respectively. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens in Wuchuan County are sensitive to diphtheria and Culex pipiens pallens in Hohhot, and Culex pipiens pallens are sensitive to dichlorvos in other areas.
