目的:考察花球大小对红花花和种子品质的影响,为该药材的规范化种植提供参考。方法:采用抽样调查法建立河南红花花球大小的等级规格,运用HPLC测定不同等级花球红花中羟基红花黄色素A含量,利用GC测定不同等级花球的种子中亚油酸含量。结果:Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ等红花花球中羟基红花黄色素A质量分数分别为2.90,2.85,2.97,2.87 mg·g-1,无显著性影响。同一植株Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ等花球分别为19.32%,37.16%,21.16%,16.36%。不同花球的大小对种子千粒重、壳仁比、出油率及亚油酸含量均有显著性影响,较大花球的种子往往具有较大的千粒重和壳仁比,但却具有较低的出油率。结论:生产上可通过提高大花球或果球的比例来获得较好品相的花和种子,花球大小对花中羟基红花黄色素A含量无显著影响。
Objective: To investigate the effect of flower size on the quality of safflower flower and seed, and to provide a reference for the standardized cultivation of this herb. Methods: The sample size was determined by sampling method. The content of hydroxysafflor yellow A was determined by HPLC. The content of linoleic acid in seeds of different grades was determined by GC. Results: The mass fraction of hydroxysafflor yellow A in the crocus flowers of Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 2.90, 2.85, 2.97 and 2.87 mg · g -1, respectively, with no significant effect. The same plant I, II, III, IV and other flower balls were 19.32%, 37.16%, 21.16%, 16.36%. The size of different curls had a significant effect on the 1000-grain weight, the ratio of shell to kernel, the oil yield and the content of linoleic acid. The seeds of larger curcumids often had larger 1000-kernel weight and shell-kernel ratio but had lower Oil rate. CONCLUSION: Flowers and seeds with better quality can be obtained by increasing the proportion of big flower ball or fruit ball in production. The size of flower ball had no significant effect on the content of yellow red pigment A in flower.
