日本著名的7——11便利店做过顾客对商品陈列的重视程度的调研,结果70%的顾客表示,吸引他们前来购物的主要原因是商品陈列得当;22%的顾客表示商品陈列很重要,但不是吸引他们的主要因素;只有8%的顾客表示商品陈列无关紧要。从这个统计数据中不难看出商品陈列的重要性。其实顾客从进入便利店到离开一般不会超过3分钟,如何利用这3分钟让顾客产生购买欲呢?做好商品的陈列,也就是“视觉策划”是一个简单有效的方法。
The famous 7-11 convenience store in Japan has conducted customer surveys on the importance of product display. As a result, 70% of customers said that the main reason for attracting them to shopping is that the products are properly displayed; 22% of customers said that the product display is very important. However, it is not the main factor that attracts them; only 8% of customers indicate that the display of the product is irrelevant. From this statistical data it is not difficult to see the importance of merchandise display. In fact, the customer does not usually exceed 3 minutes from entering the convenience store and leaving. How to use the 3 minutes to make customers want to buy? Good display of products, that is, “vision planning” is a simple and effective method.
