教师教育情怀是教师专业精神发展的核心,它需要学校文化来引领。课堂智慧是教师专业技能发展的关键,需要教师自生性动力、共生性动力、外驱性动力“三力”驱动。这样,教师才能成就学生、发展自己,完善自己、成就他人。我校兴校50年,作为巴蜀名校业绩斐然。然而进入新的历史机遇期,一些教师却产生了职业倦怠,不再考虑晋级晋升,仅靠经验、惯性工作。我校结合实际,立足于通过文化引领、“三力”驱动、丰盈生活三大策略,来激发教师专业发展的动力。
Teachers ’educational feelings are the core of teachers’ professionalism development. They need school culture to lead.
