在汉代法律儒家化的过程中,引经决狱、引礼入法成为儒法结合的主要途径,统治者在立法、司法领域贯彻儒家学说,使儒家思想成为当时各个部门法的指导原则,由此儒家的许多看法和主张也有了法律上的依据。
In the process of Confucianization of law in Han Dynasty, the introduction of jail and introduction of rites into law became the main way to combine Confucianism and law.
