管道外防腐层的抗划伤性是决定其应用条件和现场可操作性的重要因素,通过开展管道防腐层抗划伤试验设备的研究,建立了一个能清晰评价防腐层抗划伤性能的试验方法。应用该方法对相同原材料之间、不同材料之间的测试进行了比较,优选出抗机械损伤性能好的原材料和防腐工艺,进一步提高了管道建设过程中的安全系数,减少了损伤和修补作业。
Scratch resistance of pipe coatings is an important factor that determines its application conditions and on-site operability. Through the research on anti-scratch test equipment for pipeline coatings, a test to evaluate the anti-scratch performance of coatings is established method. The method was applied to compare the tests between the same raw materials and between different materials. The raw materials and anti-corrosion technology with good mechanical damage resistance were selected to further improve the safety factor during pipeline construction and reduce the damage and repair work.
