调节肿瘤细胞中一氧化氮(Nitrogenmonoxide,NO)的合成量,观察NO对细胞辐射敏感性的影响。结果显示乏氧和L-甲基盐酸精氨酸(L-NG-Monomethylargininehydrochloride,L-NMMA)作用均可显著抑制NO的合成,但对一氧化氮合酶(Induciblenitrogenmonoxidesynthase,iNOS)活性无显著影响;NO可以增强肿瘤细胞对射线的敏感性也增强,但两者变化并非线性相关;乏氧和L-NMMA作用抑制肿瘤细胞中NO的合成,会降低细胞对射线的敏感性;同母本细胞相比,基因转染建立NO含量较高的肿瘤细胞,氧增比(OxygenEnhancementRatio,ORE)下降,提示NO参与射线引起的细胞损伤。
The amount of nitric monoxide (NO) in tumor cells was adjusted to observe the effect of NO on cell radiation sensitivity.
