提升教师素质,促进教师专业发展是教师培训的核心。通过对国家级音乐骨干教师培训在政策执行过程的实践研究,分析其存在的一些问题并提出改进措施,为进一步完善教师培训政策提供决策依据。
Improving the quality of teachers and promoting teachers’ professional development are the core of teacher training. Through the practice research of national key music teacher training in the process of policy implementation, this paper analyzes some existing problems and puts forward some improvement measures to provide the decision-making basis for further improving the teacher training policy.
