针对梅山铁矿降磷弱磁工艺存在的问题,为提高弱磁机的选别精度,开展了矿石性质和选别指标考查,进行了不同规格筒式弱磁选机试验,采用ZCS1545顺流型永磁筒式磁选机对弱磁工艺流程进行了大型化改造。生产取样对比考查结果表明:采用ZCS1545顺流型永磁筒式磁选机可获得精矿品位和回收率双提高的选别指标,弱磁精矿铁品位提高了3.15个百分点,铁回收率提高了1.48个百分点。
Aiming at the existing problems of the P weak magnetic field in the Meishan Iron Mine, in order to improve the precision of the weak magnetic machine, the properties of the ore and the sorting index were investigated. The experiments of the weak magnetic separator with different specifications were carried out. Permanent magnet tube magnetic separator weakening of the process of large-scale transformation. Production sampling comparison test results show that: the use of ZCS1545 downstream-type permanent magnet tube magnetic separator can be refined concentrate grade and double the recovery rate of sorting indicators, weak magnetic iron ore grade increased by 3.15 percentage points, iron recovery rate increased 1.48 percentage points.
