目的:观察八味沉香胶囊对心肌缺血大鼠心肌形态结构和NF-κB表达的影响。方法:结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支复制急性心肌缺血模型。将健康成年大鼠随机分为6组:假手术组、缺血模型组、普罗帕酮组、八味沉香胶囊大、中、小剂量组。病理切片观察心肌细胞形态结构的改变,免疫组织化学方法检测NF-κB蛋白的表达。结果:八味沉香胶囊组对心肌细胞形态的改变与模型组比较明显减轻,并且抑制NF-κB的表达。结论:八味沉香胶囊对大鼠心肌缺血有明显的保护作用,其机制可能是通过提高心肌组织抗氧化能力,抑制炎症与免疫反应来实现的。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Bawei Shenxiang Capsule on myocardial morphological structure and NF-κB expression in myocardial ischemic rats. Methods: Acute myocardial ischemia was induced by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery in rats. Healthy adult rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: sham operation group, ischemia model group, propafenone group, Bawei Shenxiang capsule large, medium and small dose group. The morphological changes of myocardial cells were observed by pathological sections. The expression of NF-κB protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: Baweichenxiang capsule could significantly reduce the morphological changes of cardiomyocytes compared with the model group, and inhibit the expression of NF-κB. Conclusion: Bawei Shenxian Capsule has a significant protective effect on myocardial ischemia in rats. The mechanism may be through increasing the anti-oxidative capacity of myocardium and inhibiting inflammation and immune response.
