武汉某城市广场深基坑工程地处长江一级阶地地貌单元,具有开挖深度大、形状不规则、周边环境严峻、土质软弱及水文地质条件复杂等特点。基于安全可靠、经济合理、施工便利和保证工期等原则,基坑支护结构采用了卸土减载、支护桩、内支撑相结合的联合支护手段,地下水处理采用了坑壁止水帷幕与坑内井点降水相结合的处理措施。施工期间,对坑壁流土、流砂采取了及时有效的处理方法,确保了基坑支护结构及周边环境的安全。基坑监测成果表明,各项监控指标均处于设计及规范要求范围内,达到预定功能及目的,可供类似基坑工程借鉴。
The deep foundation pit project of a city square in Wuhan is located in the first-order terrace geomorphic unit of the Yangtze River and has the characteristics of large excavation depth, irregular shape, severe surrounding environment, weak soil quality and complex hydrogeological conditions. Based on the principles of safety and reliability, economic rationality, construction convenience and guaranteed construction period, the supporting structure of foundation pit adopts the combined support measures of unloading and deloading, supporting pile and internal support, and the groundwater treatment adopts the pit wall water curtain Combined with well point dewatering in pit treatment measures. During the construction period, quick and effective treatment methods have been adopted for runoff and sand flow in the pit wall to ensure the safety of the foundation pit support structure and the surrounding environment. The results of pit monitoring show that all the monitoring indicators are within the scope of design and specification requirements, reaching the intended function and purpose for reference to similar pit projects.
