目的了解大竹县各级医疗机构消毒质量状况,为改进和提高消毒管理水平提供参考。方法通过现场调查和采样检测方法,对全县54所医疗机构消毒现状进行了监测。结果在54所医疗机构共采集样品9 181份,消毒质量平均总合格率为75.75%。室内空气、医护人员手、物体表面、使用中的消毒液合格率依次为47.47%、57.99%、71.87%和95.53%,无菌物品灭菌质量平均总合格率为81.93%。县级医疗机构消毒合格率高于乡镇卫生院,县乡两级医疗机构消毒质量检测数据差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论大竹县医疗机构的消毒质量总体合格率较低,问题突出,尤其是无菌物品灭菌质量应当限期改进。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of medical institutions at all levels in Dazhu County and to provide reference for improving and improving the level of disinfection management. Methods The status of disinfection in 54 medical institutions in the county was monitored through on-site investigation and sampling and testing methods. Results A total of 9 181 samples were collected from 54 medical institutions. The average total qualified rate of disinfection was 75.75%. The qualified rate of disinfectant in indoor air, medical staff’s hand, object surface and in use was 47.47%, 57.99%, 71.87% and 95.53% respectively. The average qualification rate of sterilized articles was 81.93%. The qualified rate of disinfection in county-level medical institutions was higher than that in township hospitals, and there was a significant difference (P <0.005) in the data of disinfection quality in medical institutions at county and township level. Conclusion The overall qualified rate of disinfection quality of medical institutions in Dazhu County is low, and the problems are prominent. In particular, the quality of sterilized articles should be improved within a time limit.
