提出基于心理学的知识定义,分析知识的信念特征;给出基于主观概率表征知识的方法;深入探讨基于主观概率的组织知识的纵向维度分析和横向维度分析的意义及其表征方法。其中,纵向维度分析将组织知识表示为共享知识、局部知识和个体知识;横向维度分析将组织知识表示为组织认识知识、组织价值知识和组织情感知识。组织知识的内涵及其分布分析,为探索组织知识与组织绩效的关系构建了理论基础。
The definition of knowledge based on psychology is put forward, and the belief characteristics of knowledge are analyzed. The method of representing knowledge based on subjective probability is given. The significance and characterization method of vertical dimension and horizontal dimension of organizational knowledge based on subjective probability are discussed. Among them, the longitudinal dimension analysis of organizational knowledge expressed as shared knowledge, local knowledge and individual knowledge; horizontal dimension analysis of organizational knowledge as organizational knowledge, organizational value and organizational knowledge of the emotional. The connotation and distribution analysis of organizational knowledge constitute the theoretical basis for exploring the relationship between organizational knowledge and organizational performance.
