1月,厄瓜多尔针对我国种植用的垂叶榕、榕树、裸根瓜栗(发财树)、斑叶马齿苋树4种产品分别制订了进境植物检疫要求草案,并向WTO进行通报。目前这4个草案处于评议期,在征求利益相关者的意见,评议期结束后,这项草案将于3月底生效。虽然2013年我国出口厄瓜多尔的贸易值仅30万美元左右,总体出口量不大,但厄瓜多尔针对来自中国的垂叶榕、榕树、裸根瓜栗(发财树)、斑叶马齿苋树制定了进境检疫要求,并进行了4次通报,需引起相关企业的重视,以免出口受阻。
In January, Ecuador formulated draft requirements for quarantine of imported plant quarantine plants for the four products of Banyan, Banyan, Bare Root, and Balsam Peucedanum for planting in China and notified them to the WTO. At present, the four drafts are in the commenting period. After seeking the views of stakeholders, the draft will come into effect by the end of March after the comment period ends. Although the trade value of China’s exports to Ecuador in 2013 was only about 300,000 U.S. dollars and the overall export volume was small, Ecuador formulated the planarians of Banyan, Banyan and Naked Roots (Fortune Tree) from China, Quarantine requirements, and carried out 4 times circular, the relevant enterprises need to be taken seriously, so as to avoid the export block.
