糖尿病引起神经系统的病变,一般常用神经传导方法来检测。本文是用系统参数识别法,将13例正常人、和15例糖尿病高血压患者的正中神经及其支配的肌肉,作为一个系统来辨识,分别测得59和64人次的动作电位,用计算机进行运算、建立数学摸型、两组结果比较如下: 正常人ξ值是0.404,τ值是3.02ms,糖尿病高血压患者的ξ值是0.709,τ值是4.59ms,两组分别P值为:P<0.01,和P<0.02,有显著性差异。 从神经生理学和控制论的角度来分析,在人wn一定的条件下、ξ、τ值小、则表征该系统快速,灵敏。反之则迟钝。这与患者症状有相应的关系。从而提示:ξ、τ值为糖尿病引起神经肌肉系统病变、提供一新的指标。
Diabetes caused by the nervous system lesions, commonly used nerve conduction method to detect. In this paper, we identified the median nerve and its dominant muscles in 13 healthy controls and 15 hypertensive patients as a system by system parameter identification.
