以高17-30井为例介绍冀东油田高尚堡区块深井钻井的设计和施工重点。高17-30井是冀东油田公司高尚堡作业区内的一口重点生产井,该井在钻井过程中存在着地层易漏失,地层可钻性差,地层压力及检测性标准差,钻井周期长,地层中含H2S等技术难题。为此,本井采用“螺杆+顶驱”复合钻进来提高机械钻速,优选适合此地层的钻头,采用硅基钻井液体系,确保该井顺利钻至设计井深。详细介绍该井工程设计、现场施工及钻井新技术的应用成果。高17-30井的成功施工,对该区块的同类深井的钻井任务,有一定的借鉴和指导作用。
