所谓“校本教研”就是学校促进广大教师根据教育教学实践中产生的问题,自主开展有效的教学研究的新型教研机制。所谓“教师专业发展”是指教师通过不断学习、反思、探究其内在的专业知识、专业能力、专业水平不断丰富和完善的过程。伴随中学新一轮课程改革的不断深入,校本教研逐渐以新一轮课程标准的要求为导向,着眼于从学生核心素养培养、教师技能提高、学校科学发展中发现问题、研究问题和解决问题,已成为新课改实施过程中促进教师专业发展的重要途径。本文就新课标下中学如何通过构建校本教研载体促进教师专业发展提出几点尝试性建议。
The so-called “school-based teaching and research ” is the school to promote the majority of teachers based on education and teaching practices arising from the issue of independent teaching and research to carry out effective new teaching and research mechanism. The so-called “teacher professional development ” refers to the teacher through continuous learning, reflection, to explore its inherent professional knowledge, professional ability, professional level constantly enrich and improve the process. With the continuous deepening of the new round of curriculum reform in middle schools, school-based teaching and research is gradually guided by the requirements of a new round of curriculum standards. It focuses on the following aspects: from the cultivation of students ’core qualifications, the improvement of teachers’ skills, the discovery of problems in scientific development in schools, the study of problems and the solution of problems, Has become an important way to promote the professional development of teachers in the implementation of the new curriculum reform. In this paper, we will make some tentative suggestions on how to help teachers in secondary school through the construction of school-based teaching and research carrier.
