“教育应该以人为本”。因而我们的教学活动的行为主体必须是学生。教育不仅要传授知识,更重要的是启发思维培养学习思考的能力。老师在课堂上关注的重点应该是学生的学习需求和学习状态,目标应该是着力提高学生的学习能力、实践能力、创新能力,注重启发式、讨论式、探究式教育为学生创造充分的自由发展空间。上课后要进行认真的反思,对课堂的达成率进行反馈测试以调整教学方法和进度,让我们的学生学得快乐,并乐于主动学习。
“Education should be people-oriented ”. Therefore, the main body of our teaching activities must be students. Education should not only impart knowledge, but more importantly, inspire thinking to develop the ability to learn and think. The focus of teachers in the classroom should focus on students ’learning needs and learning status, and the goal should be to improve students’ ability of learning, practical ability and innovation, focus on heuristic, discussion and inquiry-oriented education to create full and free development for students space. After class to conduct serious reflection on the rate of completion of the classroom feedback test to adjust teaching methods and progress, so that our students learn happy and willing to take the initiative to learn.
