中药胎儿安方用活血化瘀药为主,补肾益气药为辅,治疗抗心磷脂抗体阳性致滑胎36例,治愈31例占83%.提示本方对抗心磷脂抗体阳性有转阴作用,可能有促进胎盘微循环,增加胎盘血量,提高免疫功能达到保胎的作用.
