随着湖南演艺产业异军突起,表演艺术人才的需求逐年加大,而对实习实训基地建设的要求也不断提高。所以以湖南高职院校表演艺术实习实训基地为研究对象,分析其现状及其存在的原因,并提出基地建设的对策,有利于推动湖南高等职业教育表演艺术实习实训基地的可持续发展,培养更多高素质技艺型人才。
