丹麦自1983年开始使用乙型脑炎(JE)灭活疫苗,1983～1995年共使用35万剂,1989年开始发生严重荨麻疹,1992年后反应发生率降低,但仍有荨麻疹反应报告。粘膜皮肤反应发生率以1992年为最高(17/万),1995年最低(3/万)。反应发生集中于EJN012、033和048几个批号的疫苗。
Dangerous use of JE inactivated in Denmark since 1983 resulted in a total of 350,000 doses between 1983 and 1995, severe urticaria in 1989, a decrease in post-1992 response but reports of urticaria reactions . The incidence of mucocutaneous reaction in 1992 was the highest (17 / 10,000), the lowest in 1995 (3 / 10,000). The reaction focused on several batches of EJN012, 033 and 048 vaccines.
