在高等教育国际化的背景下,大学英语教师面临着两个危机:专业危机与生存危机。大学英语教师应做到:树立危机意识;拓展专业研究领域;提升学历和能力水平;转变教学观念;正确对待科研和寻求发展途径。只有这样,才能在职业发展的过程中不被淘汰。
In the context of the internationalization of higher education, college English teachers are faced with two crises: the professional crisis and the survival crisis. College English teachers should do: to establish a sense of crisis; to expand professional fields of study; to enhance the level of qualifications and abilities; to change teaching concepts; to correctly treat research and seek ways of development. Only in this way can we not be eliminated in the process of career development.
