在分析了分度工作台运动结构的基础上,给出了基于单片机AT89S52分度工作台角度监控仪的具体设计方案。该系统由光电编码器对分度工作台角位移进行检测,输出两相方波脉冲,前置电路对其实现四倍频细分及方向识别,单片机根据前置电路所提供的脉冲及方向信号作出相应的数据处理,LED数码管经芯片ICM7218驱动,动态显示单片机的运算结果,进而精确控制分度工作台的运行位置。
Based on the analysis of the movement structure of indexing table, the design scheme of angle monitor based on single chip AT89S52 indexing table is given. The system detects the angular displacement of the indexing stage by the photoelectric encoder, and outputs two-phase square wave pulse. The front circuit realizes sub-division and direction identification of the fourth frequency. The single-chip microcomputer makes the pulse and direction signal provided by the front circuit The corresponding data processing, LED digital tube driven by the ICM7218 chip, the dynamic display microcontroller results, and then precisely control the indexing table operating position.
