对半旱式耕作方式下土壤脲酶活性与土壤肥力及相应植株间脲酶活性变化的相关性作了测定,表明半旱式能够提高土壤和植株体内的脲酶活性,而土壤脲酶活性与土壤有机碳、氮、活性腐殖酸和胡敏酸的含量成正相关关系。
The correlation between soil urease activity and soil fertility and the change of urease activity of the corresponding plants under semi-arid tillage was tested. The results showed that the semi-arid form increased the urease activity in soils and plants, and the soil urease activity was positively correlated with soil organic carbon, Nitrogen, humic acid and humic acid content of the positive correlation.
