当前,我国企业的养老保险制度取得了一定程度的发展,但是在发展过程中有很多不足之处,加之我国正处于社会转型时期,各种矛盾凸显,因此,完善变革养老保险制度势在必行。文章在对企业养老保险体制概述的基础上,分析了其发展中的问题,并提出建议,以期不断完善企业养老保险体制,使企业效益和社会公共利益共同发展,以实现社会的和平稳定。
At present, the pension insurance system of our country’s enterprises has made a certain degree of development, but there are many shortcomings in the development process. In addition, our country is in a period of social transition, and all kinds of contradictions are prominent. Therefore, it is imperative to improve the system of reforming the old-age insurance . On the basis of an overview of the enterprise pension insurance system, the article analyzes the problems in its development and puts forward some suggestions to improve the corporate pension insurance system so that the enterprise benefits and the public interest can develop together so as to achieve social peace and stability.
