目的探讨RDW升高对于消化内科出血性疾病患者的临床价值。方法通过回顾性收集2014年1月-6月本实验室RDW升高的患者共2 599例,分析其诊疗科室分布情况,再对排名第1位的诊疗科室RDW升高的患者进行分组分析,探讨RDW对于上述科室患者的临床价值。结果 1RDW升高的患者诊疗科室排名前3位的分别为:消化内科265例、血液肿瘤内科263例、产科261例。2消化内科、血液肿瘤内科及产科患者的RDW值差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。3RDW升高的消化内科患者不同性别组及良恶性疾病组组间RDW值差异无统计学意义(P=0.455>0.05;P=0.132>0.05),而将其分为出血性疾病及非出血性疾病组,组间的RDW值差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。4在RDW值升高的消化内科就诊患者中,用RDW值来诊断出血性疾病患者的cut-off值为17.35,其诊断的灵敏度为0.612,特异度为0.658,曲线下面积为0.661。结论 RDW值升高对消化内科出血性疾病患者具有一定的诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of elevated RDW in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods By retrospectively collecting 2 599 patients with elevated RDW from January to June in 2014, we analyzed the distribution of their departments and analyzed the grouping of patients with the highest RDW ranking in the first place of diagnosis and treatment. Conclusion The increase of RDW value has certain diagnostic value for patients with gastrointestinal bleeding disease.
