就世界范围内电力工业放松管制后产生的新实体及美国电力市场的结构模式与最新进展作了详细介绍 ,全面剖析了 2 0 0 0年夏季以来加州电力危机产生的根源。在此基础上 ,提出了构建我国未来电力市场模式及运营机制的一些基本思想。
The structural model and latest developments of the new entity and the US electricity market after the deregulation of the power industry in the world were introduced in detail, and the source of the California electricity crisis since the summer of 2000 was comprehensively analyzed. On this basis, some basic ideas for building China’s future electricity market model and operating mechanism are proposed.
