关阔(1926-):著名满族书画家家.人民日报社神州书画院顾问.中国老年书画研究会顾问.承德民族高等师范专科学校名誉教授.承德市第六.七.八届人民代表大会常务委员会副主任.全国第六.七.八届人民代表大会代表.关阔在几十年艺术生涯中.其作品经常应邀参加国内外重要展览.其人也被评为“中华民族优秀艺术家”.1992年后.关阔率书画艺术团访问日本;作品应邀参加在台湾和美国举办的一至三届世界满族书画大展.及“巴黎中国书画作品义展”.关阔事迹已载入《满族现代文学家艺术家传略》.《中国当代国画家辞典》等典籍.
