目的 :对海南三亚产翼叶九里香叶中挥发油成分进行了定性和定量研究。方法 :采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取翼叶九里香叶挥发油 ;FinniganMAT 1 7D 80 0石英毛细管气相色谱 质谱 计算机联用技术 ,对化学成分进行分离和鉴定。并通过核对标准谱库 ,确定化合物名称。结果 :共分离鉴定出 2 4个化合物。主要成分为 3,4 二乙烯基 3 甲基环己烷 (35 6 86 % )、十氢 1 ,1 ,7 三甲基 4 甲烯基 1H 环丙 [e] (1 9 6 6 8% )、石竹烯 (6 70 7% )、十氢 4α 甲基 1 甲烯基 7 (1 甲乙烯基 )萘 (3 6 97% )和 1 ,5 二乙烯基 3 甲基 2 甲乙烯基环己烷 (3 554 % )等。结论 :主要成分 3,4 二乙烯基 3 甲基环己烷在本属其它种未见报道。
Objective : To qualitatively and quantitatively study the volatile oil composition in the leaves of Gynura divaricata in Sanya, Hainan. Methods : The steam oil was used to extract the volatile oil from the leaves of Curculigo japonica. The Finnigan MAT 1 7D 80 0 quartz capillary gas chromatograph mass spectrometry computer was used to separate and identify the chemical components. And verify the compound name by checking the standard library. Results : A total of 24 compounds were isolated and identified. The main components are 3,4 divinyl 3 methylcyclohexane (35 6 86 %), decahydro 1,1,7 trimethyl 4 alkenyl 1H cyclopropyl [e] pyrene (1 9 6 6 8% ), caryophyllene (6 70 7%), decahydro-4α-methyl-1-methylenyl 7 (1 methylvinyl) naphthalene (3 6 97%) and 1,5 divinyl-3-methyl-2-vinylcyclohexanide Alkane (3 554 %) and so on. Conclusion : The main component 3,4 divinyl 3 methylcyclohexane has not been reported in this genus.
