马氏体系13%Cr 不锈钢是一种比双相不锈钢生产成本低,在 CO_2-Cl~-环境中具有介于碳素钢和双柑不锈钢之间的耐蚀性材料。但是,由于其焊接性能和焊缝部位的韧性不甚理想,因此尚未用来做管线用钢管。日本钢管公司为了开发具有足够焊接性能和焊缝韧性的13%Cr 不锈钢 UOE 钢管,研究了母材和焊接金属的化学成分对焊接性能和焊缝韧性的影响,得到如下结果:①将母材的含 C 量降低到0.03%,可以防止焊接时产生低温裂纹。
The martensitic 13% Cr stainless steel is a corrosion-resistant material with a lower production cost than duplex stainless steel and a carbon-steel and double-citric stainless steel in a CO2-Cl ~ - environment. However, it has not been used for pipelines because of its poor weldability and toughness at the weld site. In order to develop a 13% Cr stainless steel UOE steel pipe with sufficient weldability and weld toughness, Nippon Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. studied the influence of the chemical composition of the base metal and the weld metal on the weldability and weld toughness. The following results were obtained: C content reduced to 0.03%, can prevent the occurrence of low temperature cracking welding.
